We build the system we wanted to work in.
Most companies run on a patchwork: one tool for sales, another for stock, spreadsheets for everything in between. We set out to replace the patchwork with one calm system, and then to give it a team.
From one workshop to one system.
Dika Ops started inside a real business. Orders came in from dealers, emails, and phone calls. Stock lived in one place, invoices in another, and the truth lived in someone's head.
So we built one record for everything: the order, the stock it reserves, the truck that carries it, the invoice that follows, and the payment that closes it. Then we made it strict, so that the numbers can be trusted.
Once everything lived in one place, the next step was obvious. Software that can read the whole company can also help run it. That is why Dika Ops has AI coworkers, and why every one of them works under the same rules as your team.
So far.
A small product studio building software for companies that make and sell things.
Built module by module alongside real operations: sales, warehouse, purchasing, finance.
Studio creates content for new markets. Ops runs the company behind them.
We set up each company together with them, a few at a time.
How we build.
A customer, a product, or an order exists once. Every department sees the same truth.
Black and white screens, colour only for meaning. Dense data that does not shout.
Every AI action has an owner, a reason, and a rule it had to pass.
Ledgers are append-only. Mistakes are corrected, never erased.
Money is counted in whole cents. Stock is counted in real movements.
Each company runs on its own deployment, with its own data.
Dika Design, Studio, and Ops.
Run the whole company from one place.
Dika Ops is in closed beta. We onboard a few companies at a time and set everything up with you.
