Terms of use

These terms apply to your use of ops.dika.design (the “site”). The site is run by Dika Design, a company registered in the United Kingdom (“we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. The site and the Dika Ops beta

The site describes Dika Ops, a business software product that is currently in closed beta. Using the site or joining the waitlist does not create a contract to supply Dika Ops. Access to the product is offered at our discretion and is governed by a separate agreement.

Some features shown on the site are in development or in early access, and screens may show sample data. Descriptions may change as the product develops.

2. Using the site

You may use the site for lawful purposes only. You must not:

• try to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or any connected system;
• introduce viruses or other harmful code, or overload the site with automated requests;
• copy large parts of the site with automated tools, or use it to build a competing product or data set;
• send false information through our forms or pretend to be someone else.

3. Waitlist and contact forms

Please give accurate information. We may decline or delay an invitation to the beta, for example when the product is not yet a good fit for your company. How we use your information is described in our privacy notice.

4. Our content and trademarks

The site, its text, design, screens, images and film belong to Dika Design or its licensors. You may view and share links to the site for your own business purposes. You may not copy, sell or reuse our content without our written permission. “Dika”, “Dika Ops” and “Dika Studio” and their logos are our trademarks.

5. Comparisons and other companies' products

Our comparison pages describe other products based on publicly available information at the date shown. Their features and prices may change, and we may make mistakes; tell us at erp@dika.design and we will correct them. Product names and trademarks belong to their owners, and their use does not mean any endorsement or partnership.

6. Third-party content and links

The site links to and embeds content from third parties, such as YouTube. We are not responsible for their content or how they handle your information; their own terms and policies apply.

7. No warranty

The site is provided for general information. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not promise that it will always be complete, current, error-free or uninterrupted. Nothing on the site is professional, legal, tax or financial advice.

8. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss of profit, revenue, business, data or goodwill, or for any indirect or consequential loss, arising from your use of the site. Where the law of your country or US state does not allow some of these limits, they apply only to the extent permitted.

If you are a consumer, these terms do not affect your legal rights.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page, with its date, applies from the moment it is published.

10. Law and courts

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings there. If you live elsewhere, including the United States, this does not take away any protection given to you by the mandatory laws of the place where you live.
