WooCommerce orders, handled like every other order.
Dika Ops reads orders from your WooCommerce shop and writes stock, prices and shipment status back. Web orders sit beside phone, email and B2B orders in one flow.

WooCommerce and Dika Ops, kept in step.
Keep your WooCommerce shop and your warehouse on the same numbers.
What teams use it for.
Wholesale, retail and web orders draw from the same stock, so the shop shows what you really have.
Web orders go straight to picking and packing without anyone retyping them.
Each web order becomes an invoice and a payment record that your accountant can follow.
Connected in four steps.
- 01
Create REST API keys in your WooCommerce settings with read and write access.
- 02
Enter the shop address and keys in Dika Ops, then choose the warehouse that supplies the shop.
- 03
Match order statuses, tax classes and shipping methods to the ones used in Dika Ops.
- 04
Sync a small set of products first, check them in the shop, then enable live sync.
WooCommerce, answered.
Do I need a plugin on my WordPress site?
The connection uses the standard WooCommerce REST API, so you only need API keys and a site reachable over HTTPS.
Is this an official WooCommerce extension?
No. It is an early-access integration built by Dika Ops and is not listed in any extension marketplace.
Can product variations be synced?
Yes. Variable products and their variations are matched by SKU, with stock tracked per variation.
How is this different from the WordPress integration?
WooCommerce covers selling products and handling orders. The WordPress integration covers catalogue pages, quote requests and lead forms on a site that is not a shop.
WooCommerce is a trademark of its owner. Dika Ops is not affiliated with or endorsed by its owner.
Run the whole company from one place.
Dika Ops is in closed beta. We onboard a few companies at a time and set everything up with you.
