Industries Wholesale & distribution

Wholesale, without the spreadsheets. Stock, pricing and credit in one flow.

Wholesalers live on thin margins and fast turnover. Dika Ops connects customer orders, warehouse stock, supplier purchasing and receivables, so every order is priced, picked and collected from the same record.

The challenge

What slows wholesale & distribution down.

01Price lists that drift

Each customer group has its own prices and discounts. Spreadsheets and email threads make it easy to quote an old price.

02Stock in several places

The same product sits in two warehouses and on a supplier's truck. Sales needs to know what can really be promised.

03Late reordering

Fast movers run out before the purchase order is raised, and slow movers tie up cash on the shelf.

04Credit and collections

Customers buy on account. Without clear limits and ageing, overdue balances grow until someone notices.

How it runs

One flow, start to finish.

  1. 01Quote

A salesperson prepares a quote from the customer's own price list.

  2. 02Order

The accepted quote becomes a sales order and reserves stock.

  3. 03Pick and ship

The warehouse picks from the right location and the delivery is recorded.

  4. 04Invoice

The invoice is issued from the order, with the customer's payment terms.

  5. 05Collect

Payments are matched to the invoice and overdue balances are flagged.

FAQ

Wholesale & distribution, answered.

Can we keep different prices for different customers?

Yes. You can maintain price lists and discounts per customer or customer group, and quotes pick them up automatically.

Does it handle more than one warehouse?

Yes. Stock is tracked per warehouse and location, and transfers between warehouses are recorded.

How do we avoid selling stock we do not have?

Orders reserve stock, so available quantity always shows what is free after reservations. Incoming purchase orders are visible too.

Can an AI coworker help with reordering?

A buyer coworker can prepare purchase orders and supplier comparisons. A person approves anything important before it is sent.
