The challenge

What slows textile & apparel down.

01Size and colour matrix

One style has many size and colour variants. Stock, price and orders must be tracked at variant level.

02Seasonal collections

Each season brings new styles and sells down the last one. Planning buys and production is difficult.

03Cut-make-trim

Fabric, trims and labels are issued to cutters and sewing partners. It is hard to see who holds what.

04Returns and mixed channels

Wholesale, own store and online orders all draw on the same stock, and returns come back in different forms.

01

Styles and variants

Create a style once and generate its sizes and colours, each with its own stock and price.

  3. 03Cut, make and trim

Work orders issue materials and record the finished garments by variant.

  4. 04Sell

Wholesale and online orders reserve stock at variant level.

  5. 05Ship, invoice, return

Orders are shipped and invoiced, and returns are booked back into stock.

FAQ

Textile & apparel, answered.

Can we manage size and colour variants?

Yes. A style can have size and colour variants, each with its own stock, price and orders.

Does it support cut-make-trim production?

Yes. Work orders issue fabric and trims from stock and book finished garments by variant.

Can online and wholesale orders share stock?

Yes. All channels draw on the same stock record, so you do not sell the same unit twice.

Can we handle seasonal collections?

Products and orders can be organised by collection, so a new season does not mix with the last one.
