Are my files copied into Dika Ops?

By default they stay in Google Drive and Dika Ops stores the link. You can also save generated documents to Drive.

Who can open a linked file?

Only people who have access in Google Drive. Linking a file to a record does not change its sharing.

Is this an official Google integration?

No. It is an early-access connection that uses access you grant from your own account, and it carries no Google endorsement.

Can AI coworkers read my documents?

Only the folders and records you give them permission to use. Access follows the same permissions as a person in that role.
